Ruchi Bites is the brainchild of Pallavi, born into a typical middle-class Brahmin family in a small district of Karnataka. She completed her graduation in M.A. and settled down in UAE for more than 8 years after her marriage. Her passion lay in something else! The inheritance of family tradition and expertise in making spices made her come back to continue the family legacy of making traditional spice powders which are regularly used in South Indian homes.

The spices are prepared by hand, following the secret family recipes with traditional methods of blending of spices which enhances the taste of dishes, by selecting premium quality ingredients which are handpicked from different parts of Karnataka to add to the local taste. Pallavi strongly believes that the taste of food lies on the proportions of spices mix.
